Dave, the assistant manager and Lorrie, the manager, showed almost no concern for following through on deadlines they themselves set. The bike I ordered will have taken almost 3 full weeks (after many calls and 5 different delays and setbacks) when the expectation at the beginning was 5 or 6 days. Completely miserable customer service from a bike shop. Anyone can sell bikes and parts, but the relationship and customer service is where the difference can be made. Ive clearly seen how important their customers are to them. Frankly, theyve lost my future business.

Pros: Cheap bikes
Cons: complete lack of customer service, no follow-through
I started riding my bike to work - day two, my chain snaps and I walk my bike the remaining 3 miles. On my lunch hour, I arrived in my work clothes, asking for help with a new chain. They went out of their way to help me! Got me back on the road in time to ride home!
Incredibly friendly and helpful! Thanks guys!

Pros: Great People
Cons: Don't open until 10:00
"Performance" is to bike shops, what McDonald's is to Drive-In Restuarants. You're never surprised but everything is mediocre.
There's nothing really wrong with anything Performance sells, but since mostly they sell their own brand of everything, I'd much rather go to a bike shop where you can choose from a wider selection. Started off as an off-price mail order house and still shows these roots.

These stores are always have some sort of sale on all their items. I can always find what I'm looking for and the staff is very helpful and knowledgable.
