Emergency Veterinary Hospital

As a client, and former employee of EVH, I am grateful for their existence. The doctors and techs are very knowledgeable, and I trust them to care for my cats. As with most things, you get what you pay for- and EVH is no exception. They are not the most expensive veterinary practice in town, and considering you go there for emergency care, you get a great deal for the price. I hope I don't need to go there, but will not hesitate if the need arises.

It an emergency, this is the best choice. They do take great care, and have a knowledgeable staff. The unfortunate thing, is sometimes, the price is so very high that once you find out what the problem is with you pet, you can't afford the treatment. I appreciate the service, but wish it could be more affordable.

...but a place all pet-owners will likely end up visiting.

The doctor that took care of our little kitten when she had an eye infection was excellent. He fully explained to us the procedures, tests, and medications. We felt like we knew exactly what was happening and what purpose it served.

As it is a 24-hour service clinic, you can imagine that the prices are a bit steep. But you certainly get what you pay for, and that is attentive care regardless of the time of day.

I had an emergency on a week end that turned out to be pretty sad, but these people were very kind, considerate and honest about my pets chances of survival. The cost involved in determining the cause of the illness was prohibitive and they helped me through a very sad time. I will always be grateful to them.
