Check out reviews for RIVERSTONE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY they are the ones that run this complex and seeing reviews will sum it up. When you move out, expect to pay up! Id save an extra 700 to hand over to them on top of your deposit, even if you are the cleanest person in the world. Doesn't matter, they'll tell you. If you have a family and can't afford that, id look elsewhere. Brentwood apts are right down the street and are cheaper nicer and a better area! Also all excellent reviews there :) can't say the same for here!

Bad management!!The landlord runs the place like a prison. The place has bad plumbing. It is like the place was put together quickly. Everything is literally falling apart at the seams!!When you ask for them to fix things they take forever and get an attitude.There was a possible scare of black mold!!I
