They really love this place. There are so many things to look for, a lot of choices and things to get, they also have an startling collection of small appliances.

MOST OF THE TIME THEY HAVE JUST WHAT I WANT. I LONG AGO GAVE UP LOOKING AT THE HOME DEPOT FOR THE THINGS I NEED TO KEEP THE PLACE GOING. IF IT IS NOT THERE SOME ONE USUALLY WILL EITHER SUGGEST A BETTER WAY OR TELL YOU WHERE TO GO AND

It is tucked away in an small strip mall but it has all the basics and great prices. Shopping here is so much easier than wondering around a mega store trying to find something.

Everything I've wanted, almost, every time I've needed help,
always with a smile, these people are glad to have a job and show it. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I'm not in great shape and sometimes they go back to the back isles for me to fetch what I want. One time I was buying chain for a stained glass project and happened to meet an older worker who was a stained glass enthusiast! He gave me some tips that I will use. You just never know how they will help. Keep this store in business, we need them. Rah, rah, Falk Hardware!

Despite this being a smaller store, I will always look here first before succumbing to the hideousness that is Lowe's and Home Depot. the people at Falk's are always customer-service oriented and seem truly appreciative of my business.

This place will always go above and beyond...best hardware store in Portland, in my opinion. They are one of the last bastians of customer service in America. And everyone who works there is in a good mood!! Nothing like Home Depot...

I frequent this hardware store and am never let down when looking for that "special part" The hardware supply is AMAZING (its like a baby version of Parkrose Hardware in NE PDX). They have all the home/outdoor basics and the staff really know their stuff.

Don't bother going to home depot for a bolt or screw, go to Falk. Real service. Real hardware.

It's a rare household maintenance job that doesn't send me to Falk Hardware for something. The store seems so small on the outside yet I have never really been stumped to find some obscure type of fastener, strange appliance trim, bit of wire, insulation, rod, etc. that I needed. It's like the Dream Garage for a pack rat, only staffed with people who know where everything is, and seem to know *what* everything is.

Whenever we need some item that will take forever to find at Home Depot we head to Falks in Beaverton. Nice old time hardware store and lots of screws, washers, nuts that you don't have to buy by the case. Knowledgable sales staff that don't mug you at the door. Recommend

When we first moved here I went to Falk Hardware with needs for odds and ends - things the mover's had drop-kicked from the east coast. What a great group! After 15 minutes of finding the metal components THEN tooling them ... oh yeah! - I was up at the register spending under a dollar so many times that I began to search for things to buy in the interim. These problem solvers are the best and they have knowledge and creativity and actually care about solutions. What a find! Five stars all the way!
