Super friendly and helpful staff provided the best customer service I've had for this type of business. Helped me find the appropriate filters for my CPAP machine. I was already a bit irritated when I walked in because I had come from another home health equipment shop that had less than acceptable customer service. But these people spent quality time with me, showing me other items I expressed interest in, and seemed to be genuinely interested in my needs, as opposed to a goal of selling me a product.
