When we had a problem with our brand new Tracker Ski-n-Fish boat, Brian and Jim at Jim's Marina were the only people that truly helped us. When both the dealer (Gander Mountain) and manufacturer (Tracker) refused to provide satisfactory customer service, thank goodness we had Jim's!
