Initially, they came to our house and cleaned the carpets. The guys that cleaned were very nice. One day later we noticed a dirt streak in the middle of the floor, wasn't there prior to them coming out , almost like the edge of their vacuum made it when they were cleaning. We called and they scheduled to come out and look at it. They now have rescheduled it 3 times and the 3rd time they didn't even call us, we called them finding out when they were coming that day. We keep getting the excuse that they "won't be in the area", although they're the ones that looked at their schedule and told us that they would be. Still not resolved and will not hire them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to spend a moment to thank Adelman. Their cleaners were able to clean up a mess that I never thought would improve. I tried cleaning the carpets myself, but with 2 dogs and 3 young kids that proved to be impossible. Adelman came and I could not believe the difference. The whole cleaning only took a little more that an hour for two rooms, but it was well worth the time. I will call Adelman again.

I used their services a few years ago. The results were fine, but not the best. To top it off they must call our house 3 times a week. We have told them we are no longer interested in their services but they persist on calling. There are better services out there and they won't make you nutty.
