Every time I have gone to Dr Dao, she gives me a lot support and confidence. She is an excellent Dr.. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, she cares for her patient. All the treatments she has done on me had worked.

The doctor asked my 16 yr. old daughter if she would like a pimple removed. She said yes and I got a $200 surgery bill. I called them to dispute this as she never mentioned the charges to my daughter and it only took a few seconds.They said they would remove the charge. One year later they sent a collections notice. I called back to remind them of the concession. The next year a collection agency called. They are rude and will not respond to my messages. Now I have to take them to court! Not worth all of the hassles!

Terrible experience, uses non-professional family for office workers, messed up our billing and instead of fixing sent to collection. Ended up on our credit report. Took years to fix.

This dermatologist knows what she's talking about. She is kind, direct and professional. She recommended excellent over-the-counter products that were not too expensive and really helped my skin. Her office was not crowded and I did not wait long to be seen. Highly recommended.
