I have used FastER both professionally and personally. All the staff has been professional. Dr. Gluckman has a wonderful manner to put people at ease, great with children. He spends as much time is needed to dx and make sure you understand. I took my mother in law there when visiting, he was accurate in his dx, thorough and caring, he recommended that she go to the hospital, he was right i his decision. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing health care.

My family and I have been to FastER Urgent Care Medical Center twice in the last month. On the first visit (and second) I noticed right away how clean this facility was. Also, on both visits we were greeted by a friendly front staff. Because we have two small children we were placed in a kid friendly exam room-again very clean! Oh and did I say no wait and the staff also introduced themselves. For these two occasions we were seen by both Dr. Gluckman and Dr. Stapleton. Both physicians explained in both kid and adult terms what they were going to do and what we should do based on our reasons for being there. Pros: FastER Urgent Care IS what they say they are!
FastER is the way medical care should be -- fast, efficient, caring, knowledgable. Dr. Gluckman and his staff are terrific. When you can't get to your doctor, want to avoid hours wait in the ER -- head to FastER. You'll be glad you did.

It is so convenient to have a place to go when all doctors offices are closed and you just don't want to go to ER to spend several hours waiting to be seen. The care at Faster Urgent Care is personable and thorough and they always follow up with a phone call to see how you're doing. Aside from that, I find the staff to be so friendly. I highly recommend going here for your urgent needs.
