Dr King is a very good doctor. I have seen her for 9 years. She takes her time with you. You do have to wait awhile but it is because she is taking time with each patient. She is very easy to talk to. I have never had trouble with any insurance billing everything was done perfectly. Dr King is wonderful but her office staff will ultimately ruin her practice. If you go, be sure to get a detailed invoice at the time of the visit for insurance and/or health account reimbursement, it's a fulltime job to get any response from Robert.

have read the other reviews and agree with the overall review that King is great doctor. She takes her time and listens intently my complaint is much like the others. I was referred to my ob/gyn from King to remove an ovary and King's staff completely messed up the auth for the insurance company and didn't submit the correct paparework. Other issues included incorrect test results for my diabetic husband and Robert actually called me at worked and screamed not yelled at me as heard by others in my office when I put him on speaker phone. They don't return phone calls and call you a liar that you ever left a message. Robert flat refused to my request to have king return my call This guy has issues. I have since left and cannot believe he is still there. I have heard him on the phone with others and know that the treatment I received from him is common place. King is an idiot for not getting rid of him and she is losing patients and money by the buckets with him there. Get a life Robert!!!

I had the same doc. for many years only after visiting Dr King did I feel like some one listened. She is an awesome doctor and always listens to your concerns. It does take time to see her but it is worth it. I have refeared many friends and family and all have received excellent service.

I read some of the other reviews and can't believe it's the same office. I've been going to Dr. King for about 2 years now. She was the one that found the lump in my breast and saved my life. It may take a long time to get in to see her, but the wait is worth it. I have never had a doctor take as much time with me and discuss all my concerns without me feeling rushed. I don't mind waiting an hour to see her, because I know she'll spend just as much time with me. The front desk staff was very over worked, but they always returned my calls. Dr. King has hired more help and I've been extremely happy with all of them over the last year. I would recommend her to everyone I know, and I do. I totally agree with the anti-Robert pts...He seems clinically depressed but her other staff is fine. Dr. King doesn't rush; listens well and is responsive...I once called during the lunch hour when the office was closed due to symptoms that were frightening to me...her service got her and she called me within minutes...it's a nice, small, personalized practice.
