M. Sean Freeman, MD

I had gone to Dr. Freeman for many years for Botox and fillers, but when I turned 55 my neck began sagging and I developed jowls. Since Dr. Freeman was always been very conservative about all the treatments I had, and made me look so natural, I knew I could trust him to do my surgery. I did a lot of research on facelifts and discovered that unless the underlying muscles are lifted too then a facelift and neck lift will not last very long. It has now been 2 years since Dr. Freeman performed my deep plane facelift, a Soof Lift Bleoharoplasty, necklift, chin implant and CO2 laser and I couldn't be any happier. I would do it all over again. I look like me, but 15 years younger, and even my children don't know what I had surgery! The Soof Lift is so most amazing. I have no more deep dark circles under my eyes, and the chin implant recommended by Dr Freeman really helped my profile. I am often told how pretty I look and nobody adds "for your age". The CO2 laser made my skin look so smooth and all the age spots are gone. Dr. Freeman's has had the same staff since I began going there years ago and I can't say enough good things about how I have been treated there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a cosmetic procedure done years ago (not by Dr. Freeman) and was very unhappy with the results. I became very untrusting of cosmetic procedures due to my bad experience but desperately wanted my "procedure gone bad" to be fixed. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews since I needed to find a doctor who could not only give me the results I wanted but do it while fixing another doctor's mistakes. The research I found on Dr. Freeman was very positive, so I mustered up the courage to schedule a consult. Dr. Freeman was very professional and straightforward with me, which I appreciated. I made the decision to schedule the procedure, and he did a fabulous job. My self-esteem is so much healthier now, and I don't cringe anymore to see myself in pictures. Dr. Freeman is very talented and understanding of his patients. His staff is amazing. My experience was Excellent, and I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Freeman was wonderful. The entire process was great. He was very informative and allowed us the time to make the decision. There was never any pressure to do anything we did not want to do. We are very happy that we sought Dr, Freeman, the procedure could not have turned out any better.

Please don't let him talk y into all them facial implants nomatter how subtle he says it will be and how much he says ( in his 20 years of practice no one has been dissatisfied). That was the sales pitch that got me. I didn't even reconize myself when he was finished and after thier removed they can cause all types of problems, and Yes it is a very invasive procedure even though I felt like he made it sound like it was as simple and harmless as trying on a pair of jeans. Exact words I was told when I tryed to opt out of procedure( worst case scenareo u don't like them, will just take them out). I only went in for some slight darkness in inner corner eyes that make up covered up, and a line I was starting to get around mouth from smiling that would be come noticeable when skin was dry or after smiling a lot. Thiers not enough make up in the world to cover up the mess he made of my face.......... P.S. His before and after pics looked nothing like me, before or after. He wouldn't let me see untill after he ran them through the computer.......my experience has been like a bad dream I can't wake up from.

Dr Freeman was hesitant to answer my questions when my case became complicated, which it did. Had I been told the truth from the beginning, I would have chosen someone else. But as the patient I thought I'd done my homework well. I WAS WRONG. I found his unwillingness to educate me with all the facts and especially the possible complications, combined with his smug attitude, very unfitting for a doctor. I was supposed to be able to trust him but it wasn't possible after things didn't heal correctly . I've had no need to recommend/or not recommend him to any of my friends. None of them would even consider using him after seeing my poor surgery results and knowing what I went through. Fortunately, they were by my side and helped me through the whole ordeal, but it also gave them a bird's eye view. Just know that there are many surgeons with truthful and open personalities available in the Charlotte area that are superior in all ways to Dr. Freeman. Shop around.
