Customer service at the 59th Av. Glendale location is very poor. The front end staff was rude and did not want to move from their chairs to help customers.

Been going here for several years for checkups, glasses and contacts. Had some problems at first. But been fine now. Was given the wrong prescription contacts once due to illegible handwriting on a form which took 3 visits to resolve. And a couple times never got the message that my glasses/contacts were ready. Overall, has good all around value. Joined a discount plan for some extra savings since it seemed to work out for us. Very convenient in a center a few suites north from Albertsons. Parking has always been no problem. Being recognized by staff is nice.

I have been to Nationwide Eye Center for all my eye care needs. They have good customer service, professional staff and always have prompt service. Their prices are reasonable and they have a wide variety of frames and lenses to choose from. They have many valley locations to choose from to.
