this store has a large inventory of special parts for repair of lawnmowers and other gardening equipment. friendly staff who is knowledgeable about their products. sometimes parts have to be special ordered but delivery time is usually reasonable.

This has an amazing collection of knives and even carries some swords. The store also has a display of unique fantasy figures.
Good location in Valley River Center mall. Interesting store to just look around. Staff seems to be very tolerant of people just browsing through the store.

This rental place has a large inventory They have reasonable rates. They have some heavy equipment besides the usual hand power tools. Usually pretty quick service. I've never had trouble with anything that I've rented here.
Safeway Pharmacy
Small store for a major grocery store so the items are hard to find and often crowded. Older feeling to this store. Not much unique about it and prices are usually on the high side. Lots of easy parking.

Competent mechanics at this place that are very patient at answering questions. They will tell you a lot of information even if you are only checking out their business. I was satisfied with the work they did on my car. They are often busy so plan on that.

Good reliable products sold here. Lots of batteries that are not easily found elsewhere. Helpful people and good service. Parking lot is somewhat hard to access. This is a place you probably really only need occassionally.

This is the place to go on a hot day to get nicely cooled off. The ice skating rink is often not very crowded. There is a snack bar and skate rental available. Call for specially discounted times. This is a different kind of place for the Eugene area. There are shows there a few times a year.

this store has a good old and rare comic selection as well as new comics. they also sell collectible action figures and games. located across from the downtown post office, this place is on the ground floor of smith family bookstore. interesting place if you like this sort of things.
