Hubinger Landscaping

We contacted them several times for business. Calls were never returned-- very frustrating. Designs were poor and not at all what we requested-- we didn't go with them at all and will NOT refer them in a good light to others.

They have pretty and new trucks that are seen all over the place, but frankly, their design and their work just isn't up to par unless you're looking for a "Wayne" look.

Howell Landscaping

This company does beautiful landscape designs. We felt that it was a bit "too much" in regards to the plantings, so we decided against going with them. However, the customer service and personalize service that we received from them will have us recommending this service to others looking for great Landscape design. The gal seemed to instinctively know what we were looking for, even though the prices they have were a bit steep for us.

Paradise Pool Decks

We did NOT like this company at all. The workers are Portuguese (if I am not mistaken) and don't have a good grasp on the English language, which makes communication SUPER HARD.
We mentioned several times for them to change the design, and they STILL didn't do it after we had mentioned it at least 8 times. They will be getting a large complaint from us on this, as well as the job that they did for us.

I didn't care for the work itself-- they did a Stampcrete (stamped concrete) the coloring turned out just as expected, but the quality of work for concrete, and the plastic seperators wasn't good at all. There were places where they "pieced" things together and put concrete in as filler-- looks yucky!

I would not recommend this place at all-- find someone else. We heard excellent reviews on a mason named Dominick Ciffarelli from "A rock and a butterfly" mason company in Wyckoff.
Should have gone with them!

Michael's Pools & Spas

We have loved working with Mike from Michael's pools. He and his wife Judy, are very kind, and super efficient. They are both hard workers who give you personalized attention when dealing with you.

Mike is a perfectionist with a great sense of humor, so he is sure to do a great job for you.His workers are kind, courteous, and never in the way. They clean up after themselves and they do a great job. Mike is totally hands-on with the projects that are done.

The sub-contractors are "ok"-- but you can always use your own if you aren't wanting to use theirs.

Macs Diner

Our kids always ask to go to this family diner. They have a clean place-- newly renovated bathrooms (clean, too-- which is a huge plus with little kids)
Great food-- quick service with a smile. Super kind waitress staff-- be sure to get the Irish brunette-- she's FABULOUS!

One thing to keep in mind, is if you are a Non-smoker, try to get seated as far away from the smoking section as you can, since it can get pretty smokey in there if there's a lot of business when you're there. (typical Diner atmosphere)

Bethany Church

This family church is large and can accomodate many people. There are rooms for each ministry that your family could ever need-- ranging in nursery through adult bible study.

Pastor Don James is a caring pastor who speaks God's love through his messages, and he is a great speaker that keeps you interested. The associate and care pastors are kind, and they do their jobs well.

Children's ministries are great-- there's plenty of room in the newly renovated church. Youth room is a teen's dream come true.

This church has a heart for overseas missions and donates a TON of money to missionary teams all around the world. They are a lovely example of Christ's servanthood

Wyckoff Assembly Of God

This church, although the building itself is small, has so many wonderful qualities that you look for in a church.

Pastor Kevin Jonas preaches the word of God truthfully, in love, and with conviction. He's a fantastic teacher who is interesting and you enjoy hearing him speak.

The music ministry is fantastic-- great quality. There is also signing for the hearing impaired. Wonderful, quality praise and worship that is hard to find in other churches.

Children's ministries include nursery that is super clean and run well, a toddler class, and children's church for kids 5 and up. The Children's ministry team is joyful and always willing to teach.

Three services to accomodate many schedules. Saturday night service will free up your Sundays. 2 Sunday services too

Bowlero

I love this place! They have recently updated and undergone a great transformation in their appearance. Whatever they paid for it-- it's well worth it since it's gorgeous!

The machines are super easy to work, and they seem to always work well. Very clean place-- bathrooms are public bathrooms that I'm actually not afraid to go into! They are clean and kept up very well.
Building maintenence and upkeep is wonderful

Prices are reasonable and comparable to other bowling alleys in the area. We go with our homeschooling group and have been receiving EXCELLENT service. The three ladies who work the front desk and concession stand are fabulous!

I have no complaints about this place

Stop & Shop

Right when you walk in, this Super Stop N Shop has a Dunkin Donuts kiosk to the right, and you smell the coffee in the air. Nice atmosphere right off the bat.

Very clean place- great set-up with the aisles, not confusing at all. WONDERFUL workers who bag properly and quickly, and I've always had someone open a new lane when the baby is crying. (excellent customer service on this one alone!!!)

Prices are always good, food is always fresh. We especially LOOOOOOVE the bakery Chocolate Chip cookies and Oatmeal Raisin cookies-- I'm a baker, and they're just as good as homemade, I promise!

I have another Stop N Shop 1/2 mile from my house, but I go the extra 15-20 min for this store since I've been so pleased with it

Stop & Shop Supermarket

I like Stop N Shop, but for some reason, this particular one is NOT one that I enjoy shopping in

I seem to have a hard time finding the products that I need, and I don't like the set-up of the store itself.

Workers are friendly enough, but the place is always SOOO busy that I just don't like shopping there.

Try the Super Stop N Shop in Wayne

PROS: accessible location on Rt 23
CONS: SUPER busy all the time-- long lines, confusing set-up
