Wow - every kind of beauty product a girl could want - all in one place. Benetz has top name brands and friendly staff to go with it. I went in for one thing and couldn't resist more! Decor is lively and pretty, plus it's located on happenin' Main St. in downtown Greenville, so you can walk to nearby restaurants and other shops when you're done.
South Pleasantburg Nursery
Wonderful resource for finding plants for outdoor beds and a few things for indoors. Nicely organized, gave me lots of design ideas for my garden, but service was a bit slow.
Houseplant
Beautiful building is what first drew me in, but friendly staff will keep me coming back. The best place to find unique indoor plants as well as other gift items. I love to just drop in and look.
Buncombe Antiques Mall Inc
The biggest antiques mall that I know of in the Greenville area. Hundreds of booths and weekly sales and specials. They're also open 7 days a week. Best place to find out of the way and quirky items - prices range from low to high, but you'll find everything you're looking for in one place.
Jason's Furniture
Great selection of all kinds of furniture. Great customer service, special ordering available and best of all, prices are very competitive. Convenient Laurens Rd. location.
Hobby Connection
Although they don't have the largest selection, it's great for model airplanes, including the replacement parts. Staff is very knowledgeable and there's a place outback where they have races and will demo products for you.
The Chocolate Shoppe
After finding a discount coupon in the front of the local phonebook, I gave this place a try and wow! They have everything a sweet tooth would want and great prices too! The best is their chocolate chip cookies - a taste of homemade goodness!
Mole Hole of Greenville
Sure, this store has a good variety of custom-printed invites, but honestly, the service alone is enough to ensure I never go back. After spending quite a bit on custom invites, they changed the spacing without consulting me and then said it "looked better" their way and was, in fact, my fault, as I apparently signed something saying they could alter it. In fact, what I signed acknowledged everything was true and correct and they would not be responsible for spelling errors. Watch out!
Regal Cinemas Hollywood 20 & Rpx - Greenville
These cinemas are so much older than the newer one at Cherrydale. Seats are not as comfortable, it's always too crowded and until fairly recently, you needed cash for snacks. Drive across town for a much nicer theater!
Regal Cinemas
This is a fairly new, multi-million $ facility. They always have first run movies and also run Indie films on a regular basis. Seating is comfortable, prices for tickets and snacks are pricey, yet comparable to any other theater. Best part is that there is a kiosk just inside the door where you can avoid long lines - purchase and print tickets in less than a minute.
