I had to get transmission replaced, and they sent a tow truck out to get my car at no charge. They also vaccumed my car and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. The work on the car was great, and although a little pricey, I'm not sure how they would compare with other places because I've never had to have my transmission replaced before!
Candle Tree
The Candle Tree has a fairly large selection of candles, but it seems like you could get most things at a craft store for less money. They don't really have very many unique items, so I wouldn't make a special trip just for the Canle Tree.
Mindy's Needlepoint Factory
Mindys Needlepoint has the best selection of needlepoint and cross-stitch items outside of large chain craft stores. The sheer magnitude of ribbons makes this place worth a visit!
French Quarter
Walking into French Quarter Linens is like walking into an episode of Martha Stewart. Everything looks perfect, and it's just how you'd like your home to be, but the high price of almost every single item in the store makes it hard to leave there with a shopping bag.
Paper Traders
Paper Traders has a really good selection of those quirky things that you're always looking for. Although things can be a bit pricey, it's worth it to just have a look around.
Pewter Rabbit Antiques
Pewter Rabbit Antiques has a very large selection of items, but in my opinion, there are a lot of things that aren't that great. Every once in a while I'll find something that's an actual good find, but most of the time, it just seems like you're walking into the Goodwill.

I went to Dr. Welch to get my wisdom teeth taken out, and I had an overall great experience. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure, from the first visit to the follow up visit a week or so later. Highly recommended!
Weiss David DDS PC
Dr. Weiss is a great family dentist. I was recommended to him by a friend who has been going to his office since before he had teeth! Dr. Weiss is very gentle and listens to your needs.
Nail La Belle
Nail La Belle in the Valley River Center is one of those average types of nail salons. They do ok work, but I'm sure that there are a number of better places in the Eugene area. Try somewhere else first, and use Nail La Belle as a last resort.
Cafe Yumm
Cafe Yumm has a very delicious and health-concious menu. I eat here at least once a week, and I buy the Yumm Sauce for use at home. It's a great place to go to try something completely different from anything you've had before. Highly recommended!
