I get basically all my car work done here and have been very pleased. The staff is courteous and I've never been overcharged. They work fast and have lots of appointment times available.
Schnucks Supermarkets
The prices here can't be beat. The chain frequently runs "buy one get one free" deals every couple of weeks, plus they offer double coupons every day. It's ncie to get cheap groceries yet not have to bag your own.
Tower Grove Park
The architexture in this park is just stunning. There's lots to do here, including a wading pool for kids in the summer. The park is very flat, so it's easy to bike or walk around.
Cicero's Restaurant
I've enjoyed my meal every time I've been here, I just haven't been "overwhelmed" by it. The food arrives quickly, and there seems to be lots of stuff going on. A big college hang-out in the Delmar "Loop."
King & I
I've never been disappointed with this place. The food is really good, the menu is extensive, and the prices are very reasonable. Best of all, I've never waited more than a few minutes for a table, even with a big party. Highly recommended!
CiCi's Pizza
Wow, where else can you get a meal for under $5??? This pizza place is really good. There's quite a variety of pies to choose from, plus fresh salad fixings. The employees are always very nice, and it's a great place for families to take young children who might otherwise not behave themselves in a restaurant.
China Inn
A great Chinese restaurant. The quality is top-notch and the service is good. The inside is very inviting. This is a good place to go to have Chinese food that is substantial.
Snelling Personnel
I called this place to sign up with their agency and I was told to send an email. I did so and never heard from them. I sent another email and still no answer. But I heard back from another location right away.
Gymboree
I really like this loacation. The employees are consistently friendly, the space is big enough to allow the clothes to be spread out, and they have a TV set up for the kids to watch while mom is shopping.
St. Louis Bread Co.
This place is a mess. It's impossible to find a seat, the employees (with a few exceptions) are RUDE, and you have to wait quite awhile for your food. I really like this chain, but this location is an embarrassment to the company.
