Grotto

The Grotto has great food, and great prices. The family feel and relaxed atmosphere makes any meal here a pleasure.
There is an attached gift shop that overpowers the place, and you won't be quite sure if they are still a restaurant when you get there the first time, but push on through and you won't be disappointed.

Everitts Garage Everett La

John and Buzzy give me the kind of professional and quality service that I need. They are quick to resolve your automotive problems, The prices are extremely reasonable. After years of dealerships and sears automotive, I have found a home town repair garage that makes having a problem with my car less of a hassle.

PROS: Quality Workmanship, good prices, convenient hours, personal service
CONS: There are none.

Vasi's

My wife and I went there for a nice romantic dinner. We left poorer and unsatisfied. The meals were expensive but without the notable quality you would expect for the price.
The bar was noisy and busy, filled with drunk 30-somethings looking for Mr/Mrs Right (Now). Which wouldn't be a problem if the restrooms weren't on the other side of it and if the noise were kept from coming through to the dinning area.
The waitstaff was lackluster, slow and unprepared to provide acutal service of any sort.
(Compare this to The Grotto resturant.)

PROS: Parking lot had adequate lighting.
CONS: Price, Food Quality, Atmosphere, Service all well below par.

Angels Watch Inn

My wife and I went to Angel's Watch Inn for a quiet honeymoon in 2003. We had such an amazing time that we have made it a point to go every year. It's hard to explain just how relaxing Peg will make your stay. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The pace is casual, relaxed, unhurried. It is so nice to have a place that treats us like a member of the family and still caters to our needs. We'll be there again this September.

PROS: Cozy, Relaxing, Peaceful, Luxurious
CONS: There are none.
