Maselli Brothers Shoe-Luggage
I have been to this shoe repair once, and will never go back again. Very rude workers with sub par shoe repair service.
I normally take my shoes to Shoe Stop in Stoneridge Mall, but when I thought they had closed down (actually moved across the street), I decided to try Maselli Bros. Everything I had heard from my friends about this place was true. They charge too much and don't execute to the quality of work I am used to. May be acceptable to an unknowing person, but I have been repairing my shoes for over 20 years now.
Do yourself a favor, and go to Shoe Stop (across from Stoneridge Mall near the JCPenny Home Store and Taco Bell) instead.

These guys are just great. I've been going to Shoe Stop ever since they were in the Stoneridge Mall. They moved out of the mall and now are across the street near JCPenny Home Center and Taco Bell.
Amazing service that is friendly and fast. I have taken over 20 pairs of shoes here with no disappointment. I've also taken my wifes purses, luggages, and even expensive leather belts to get new buckles. They even dyed all the shoes for my daughters wedding. I have never been disappointed and recommend their service to everyone.
There is no better Shoe Repair in the east bay area. Highly recommended!
