I have had cardiac testing performed at this hospital in the past as an out- patient and found the care to be satisfactory. I had no problem getting the appointment and found the staff to be efficient and friendly
Brass House Restaurant
This is no longer a Howard Johnson's franchised restaurant. The previous operator has now taken it over as a private owner. I'm not sure of the new name. But it was always an OK place to eat and probably still is with the same persons running it. They featured "all you can eat" nights with fish a specialty.
Imperial China Buffet
Large and roomy, clean and with lots of parking located beside Kmart in Watertown. Everything you can imagine to eat, and plenty of deserts too. Once the staff overheard us mention we were there to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday and three of them came over with a cupcake and candle burning and sang happy birthday to her.
Tractor Supply Co
I've traveled to Frank's in Farmington to get outdoor items for my yard and feeders for birds and squirrels that I could find at other suppliers. They always had a wide selection to choose from and were very easy to do business with. I haven't been there for awhile and am not sure they are even still in business. I read somewhere they might be going out of business.
Parsons Buick
This dealer provided very good service to me when my transmission developed a problem and left me stranded on I-84. I was towed immediately, and the repair was completed the next day.
Country Plaza
My group has stopped in here for breakfasts and lunches on the way to the golf course in Hamden. A little small and not fancy, just a good place for breakfast or something quick for lunch.
The Eye Care Group
This is the Southbury office of The Eye Care Group. They also have an office in Waterbury. I've used both offices in the past and always been satisfied with the care I've received. They are well staffed with technicians and state of the art medical equipment. This is a busy practice so schedule your appointment well in advance of the date you need it.
Healthone Physicians Associates PC
Dr. Craig Czarsty is the Healthone Associate at this location. He has been our family doctor for some time now since he took over the practice from his father. The staff is efficient and I've never had a problem getting an appointment, even on short notice.
Ephraim P. Bartfeld, MD
This doctor is great with children. I've taken my grandchildren there many times and he continues to more than meet my expectations on how he handles children. Always seems to be able to fit you into his busy schedule.
Gaylord Hospital
I have friends who have had children with severe spinal injuries from automobile accidents treated here and they can't say enough about the staff and the great care they received here. The rehabilitation program is very good.
