I bring my kids here to see movies. Not as expensive as the Mall theaters. Deffinitely not crowded either, plenty of snacks and popcorn, sodas and the best part NO LINES! Big Screen, surround sound, comfy chair, who could ask for anything more?
This new owner sings like a bird. If your there just before closing, the tables move and people dance. Bring your own bottle of wine and enjoy, the price is right, the chef is awesome, and service is great. This is the way a family should be.
Late night hunger, call them it'll be ready in 20 minutes. By time I find my keys and get there it's ready. Always hot and always good. So good I've tried new things that I didn't even know what I was ordering. Same prices as any other take out.
A pit stop in town we all go to. Filler up or a cup of joe. Pick up your milk and bread. A chat with the other locals may hold you up for a while, but its all good. Prices are reasonable and the staff is nice.
I've been here for a few weddings. And not being involved in planning the event, I was just a guest. My experience was typical wedding day, typical mass food production, quick on the table, not so quick to clear. They do have a very nice decor, and the staff is polite.
As old as I am I still like water slides. And the great thing is my kids do too. Just enough slides to keep them running in circles. Big enough to see it all before the day ends, small enough to make it through the day. An affordable fun day, plan on a weekday during the summer, it's not so busy.
I've been here for a few parties. Each one a little different and catered to the party type. Very clean with a rustic charm. Fireplaces a glow in the winter. It's a very calm, romantic atmosphere. Service is great and the food is grandmas cooking with a gourmet touch.
We used to go to Quassy every weekend when I was a kid. A great place to let older kids go off on there own in the park while mom lays on the beach. It's a great place for a picnic and rides. I personally love the carousel.
The kids have gone with the school and me to Mystic. You would think they'd get tired of it, NEVER! We go as often as possible, and make a day of the Aquarium and shopping of course.
Fabulous service and wonderful food. I come here every year for weddings and charity diners. They go to the tops for all occasions here. Beauty is all around with fountains, ponds, gazebos, and different hall rooms to match your theme for the occasion. Expensive, but worth every dime.
