The new owner of this shop comes from the Mercedes dealership across the street. He is AMAZING! He has dealt with my families cars for years and I trust him. He is friendly, very knowledgeable and provides quick service. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car here when you have a problem.
Echota Resort
Several of us rented a cabin at Echota for a wedding one Christmas. It was absolutely the most beautiful and enjoyable weekend we have ever had. The accommodations were clean and decorated beautifully. There was plenty of living space for the 7 of us. We enjoyed the full kitchen, hot tub outside and the roaring fireplace very much! I would recommend to anyone coming to TN to look into renting a cabin here!
Apple Barn Winery
This winery is one of a kind. Sample the various bottles that are made here at the Apple Barn to decide which is your favorite and which you would like to give as gifts. All are different and delicious! The price is a great deal!
The Apple Barn & Cider Mill
When in TN, you must visit the Apple Barn. This estate is beautifully landscaped, especially in the fall with pumpkins everywhere! The restaurant is delicious -- you will definitely leave this family style restaurant FULL and with take home boxes! The ice cream parlor and candy shop is a lot of fun to visit with kids. The gift shops are great to find eclectic gifts for the special people on your list! The price is very reasonable! WE LOVE IT!
El Sazon Mexican Restaurant
El Sazon offers great authentic Mexican food. The service is fast and friendly and the food is very good. The chips and homemade salsa are awesome! The price is just right -- cheap!
Mama Kwan's Tiki Bar & Grill
If you are in the Outer Banks, you MUST visit Mama Kwans! This place is super great, especially if you have kids! The staff are very friendly and the service is impeccable. The food is delicious -- our large party sampled many different dishes and everyone was more than pleased with their meal! Try the burgers -- YUM! Great food at a great price, it's worth it! The only negative, expect a wait!
Tale of the Whale
We visited Tale of a Whale for my dad's birthday this summer and had a great time. This is an upscale restaurant, so be prepared to dress a little nicer and pay a little more for your meal, but it is definitely worth it! We enjoyed listening to music on the dock before our table was ready, while our kids danced to the music. It was a lot of fun. The service was exceptional and the food was very good. Highly recommend eating here!
Tropical Smoothie Cafe
Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite restaurants, anywhere! However, this Winter Haven location offers something the others don't, SPACE! As a mom with small children, finding room to fit all of us at mealtime can be difficult. However, it is a pleasure eating here with all the room we need. The food is always great -- healthy -- and the smoothies are awesome! The kids love Jetty Punch and I love the Toucan Delight! Even better, the price is just right!
Crispers
Dining at Crisper's here in Brandon is a pleasure. There is a ton of room to sit, thus making it very easy for families with small children! The food is always delicious and fast, and the service is super friendly and nice. I would recommend enjoying their summer salad, for adults, and any of the children's "meals" are healthy alternatives to the "happy meals" out there now a days! Enjoy!
Black and Brew Coffee House
Come here to enjoy much more than coffee! The restaurant offers a nice, clean place to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. My personal favorite is their chicken salad sandwich and the potato soup. The restaurant is very clean and well kept, the staff are very friendly and certain nights of the week you can enjoy live music inside as well. Great everything, including the price!
