This is a wonderful shop to browse, with wall to wall aviation. Perfect place to shop for the collector - items are unique and conversation starters. Wings is a bit pricey, but worth it, especially if you have someone that will truly appreciate the art.

I absolutely love the shoes and clothing at Star Child. My nieces are very much in to fashion, at such a young age, and Star Child has a fantastic selection of the most chic little girl's clothing out there!

Hard Rock Hotel Chicago
This place is THE place to stay when visiting Chicago. It is located on Michigan Avenue and is within walking distance to amazing shopping and some great restaurants. Hard Rock has a chic, cool atmosphere - the rooms are stunning. Must see
Bella Frutta
Bella Frutta has a fantastic selection of nuts and fruits and more! They have actually come to my work in the past, and set up a booth. Lots of goodies to choose from, and haven't been disappointed in any of them yet!
Elaines Animal Inn & Spa
My brother and his wife use Elaine's nearly exclusively whenever they go out of town. Their dogs are pretty high maintenance, and Elaine's seems to care for the little guys as if they were at home.
Tassels
Tassels is a pretty chic boutique - and pretty expensive. I personally did not find anything that I was looking for, but my friend found a great outfit for her mom.
Toby's Auto Repair
Mr. Toby is wonderful. He is honest and hard-working. He'll make sure that you get the best service at a fair price and isn't condescending to those that do not know a lot about cars.

Sequoia Textbooks
Not a bad place if you can find what you need. Their prices are pretty good, unfortunately I couldn't find anything that I needed from this semester.

Far West Books
This is a nice little bookstore for browsing. They don't have a huge selection like the big guys, but the people behind the counter are very friendly and helpful. Good place to go browsing when you want some quiet.
