Many of the homes in this park are old and some are like campers. Most of the residents are retired elderly and the park is generaly quite and peaceful.

The manager's try to keep a neat and clean park and they do a pretty good job at that. There are a couple of residents who drink and cause trouble and the managers haven't seemed to be able to do anything about them. It's very annoying.
