Very small one bedroom units with limited parking. They do have a laundry room but the street they are located on isn't the most desirable. Management is ok.
Townhouse Plaza Apartments
These are very nice units and they all have patios. They are located accross from a church and trader joe's for convienience. The management is a husband and wife couple that seem to be doing a good job.
Strobridge Court Apartments
My son lived here for a couple of years and at that time the management was lacking in responding to peoples problems. The grounds were rather shabby too. Recently the place has been renovated and looks much better. Also, its under new management.

Cedars/cedars North
Felson owned property, they have renovated their apartments through the years. They are roomy and clean and the management is very good in dealing with people.

This is a family run office handed down from generations and established in castro valley. They are attentive to their clients and they act in a professional manner.
Ponderosa Apartments
These are very large but old units with backyards or balconies. All the apartments have covered parking and there is a small play area in the back of the complex.
Lakeside Village
This huge complex is actually on both sides of the street. The grounds are kept up and they have good security patroling. Also, they are located near Bayfair which is a plus.

Need a contractor? You will get very professional assistance in design planning and remodeling. They do all phases of construction and their work is quality.
Continental Apartments
Located on center street in hayward they are a pretty large complex. The management is lacking as they don't enforce the rules. Good tenants have complained to them on several occasions about tenants causing a disturbance and they do nothing about it.
