But this place is pretty Good! My girl and I went here to watch a magic show....yes a Magic Show (Merlin's Magic Dinner Show). The place has a back show room where they do weekend magic shows. Sounds cheesy,but it was pretty entertaining. Food was good, Not Great, but good and plentiful. I have only been on the Magic show side and not the restaurant side, but I found the Magic show side to be very entertaining. I recommend this if you don't mind being sit on a large table with random people.
Thai Original Bbq
If you went to college in the Pomona/West Covina area then I'm pretty sure you know the Term"S-1". This place is great! Prices are reasonable ($5-$10). I try to make it out here at least once a month to get their S-1 combo (A half a bbq Chicken with shrimp fried rice. Smother that S-1 combo with their tasty sweet and sour sauce and you'll be in business.
Thai Spice
Thai Spice is an attempt to make hole in the wall Thai food into a mainstream chain. Its good for what it is, but not the best Thai food I've had. Prices there are pretty reasonable. They have all your Thai favorites like Pad Thai, Pad Se Ew Shrimp Fried Rice...Etc. I recommend trying the Garlic Shrimp! Good Stuff. Service is pretty quick! If you call in an order it more then likely is ready in 15-20 minutes. If you are looking for a Thai fix I say go get 'em Tiger, but if you got that whole in the wall Thai joint closer to you you might as well stop by there.
Albatros Mexican Food
Growing up in Southern California has helped me to grow accustom to certain things like the great weather, overpriced property values and LATE NIGHT BURRITO JOINTS. Can't live without them and FINALLY the Irvine area has one. This place is open 24 hours and provides great Mexican food that is on par with all of your Albertos, Alertos, AlberTacos..Etc..Etc. In fact I think some of the workers there use to work for other Albertos, Alertos, AlberTacos..Etc..Etc. Its like a Mexican Food All tar team. So if you love that late night, hole in the wall Mexican food this is a must try. People in the Irvine Area no more driving to Mission Viejo or Anaheim for your fix!
