Hot Woks Cool Sushi
Delicious sushi! My brother and I ate here while on vacation and had a rainbow roll and dragon roll. Both were made fresh and brought to our table quickly. We didn't have a hot meal, but from the looks of the plates of diners around us, the portions are big! A great place to escape the Chicago heat!

This is a very convenient location. If you get an oil change you can get a car wash for free! The service is very quick, which is helpful. The waiting area is also spacious.
Flanders Animal Care Ctr
If you go to Animal Care Centers, you will know how good vets can be. My scottish terrier puppy was extremely ill when we brought her home and Dr. Hallihan and the staff at Animal Care Centers nursed her back to health for five days. My girl still wags her tail like crazy when she goes there for checkups because she knows how Dr. Hallihan and the other vets saved her life.
Foodies Catering
I was just in Foodies for the first time yesterday and am in love! I had a whole wheat flatbread pizza and couldn't get enough. The food is all organic or locally grown and the selection--though the place is small--is extensive. Try the dried-cherry scone as well. Yum! The prices are good, too.
Netcong Village Florist
This is a fantastic florist who is a great role model for the neighborhood! The owner opened his store to my high school multiple handicapped class so students could learn the trade and realize their own possibilities. Each student was able to create his or her own arrangement and take it home free of charge. I was so impressed by his generosity. I recommend the florist to everyone!
Kennedy's Bar & Grille Inc
My aunt and uncle always swore by this place. My family and I finally went and were not disappointed. The food is big and authentic Irish cuisine. The bar is stocked and the staff is fun. I have even been there on the 6-months-to-St. Patty's Day celebration and they had an Irish dancing competition. So fun! One caveat: the bathrooms are NOT good. Go before you leave the house!
La Strada Ristorante
The food is very good, but the prices are very high. Definitely make reservations. This is not a place for a quick bite to eat, either. You need time to enjoy all that this place has to offer. Save up and enjoy good food.
Arthur's Tavern
Most people love Arthur's, but I am not a big meat eater. This causes a delay because the menu is a bit limited. The place is dark as well, which makes it uncomfortable for me. My family loves the simple food and atmosphere, though. It it just not my style.
Lockwood Tavern
Good pizza! This is a great place to stop for some late-night food and drink with friends. Stay downstairs for a laid-back atmosphere. If you want a more intimate experience, go upstairs and get a table. The service is always good, too.
Black Forest Inn
This is a nice place for a traditional German meal. It is unlike anything in the area. I had a salmon special that was delicious. The prices are higher than other restaurants nearby, but the service and menu make it worth it.
