I love eating at the Queen of Sheba with my whole family. The food is made with love and care. It takes a little while to get to the table, but it is well worth the wait. The injira is delicious and we have had both meat and vegetarian combos and loved them both.
Riyadh's Lebanese Restaurant
This is some of the best middle eastern food in the Portland area. Sometimes the service is a little slow, but the food is always worth the wait. I have tried lots of things on their menu and there isn't anything I wouldn't recommend.
Skeleton Key Tattoo
I have got my first tatoo with Raven and my husband has had her do both of his. She is soooo excellent. She really listened to what we wanted and continued to tailor the art until we were satisfied. She practically reworked my whole tat during my touch up and I LOVE it. I am working with her on my next tat and can't wait. She is extremely careful in sterilization and I felt completely safe with her. Several of my friends have received tats from her and been most satisfied. She really cares about her work and it shows.

If you are a serious rock hound or jeweler in the Portland area, Ed's is worth the drive. They have everything the serious beader, jewelry maker or rock collector needs. All this at very reasonable prices. Don't get raped by your local bead store. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you get what you need from their vast inventory.
Furever Friends Quilt Shop
This is a small, but good quilt store. It's space a little claustrophobic, but the service is enthusiastic. You can find fabrics here you can't find at some of the chain stores.

When I am serious about looking for vintage furniture or clothing, I always make this store my first stop! This place is crammed with goodness and its always changing. The staff is fun, knowledgeable and total enablers. If you are just looking to kill some time or have a need that must be filled, this is the place to go!
