This hotel was clean with friendly staff, and decent looking options for breakfast. My only criticism is the area it is located in. There is nothing really to do anywhere near by...
Very nice hotel with a modern, updated atmosphere, great breakfast options, and friendly staff. It's located right in the heart of downtown San Jose, only about a ten minute walk away from San Jose State University, and with a lot of eating options just around the corner from the hotel.
I was skeptical when I went into the restaurant, but the food was great, the portions generous, and I definitely plan on stopping by this restaurant the next time I'm in the area.
This cafe has a nice atmosphere with a lot of seating, but seems to be a little on the expensive side (especially compared with other businesses in the area...).
I bought a course pack here for one of my classes at the UW. I believe the price for the course pack was more than it would have been at a competing copy shop, but still not unreasonable at all. Try to avoid this copy center during the first week of each academic quarter because it will be extremely busy.
I enjoy getting bubble tea here. The set up is great for groups, although sometimes a lack of seating can be a problem. Great tasting bubble tea in a lot of flavors is available!
This is the Teriyaki restaurant I choose when I am eating on the Ave. The portions are huge and the prices are faily low and reasonable. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nothing fancy, but it still is a great place for a filling, tasty, inexpensive meal.
I thought the food here was really good! It's a very popular place with a great location in the heart of Ballard. I hadn't really tried sushi before I ate here and the food here was so good that it inspired me to try out other sushi places. All the other sushi places I have tried since then make me realize that Sam's Sushi is not a bad choice for sushi at all.
I believe this store is now closed.
This store had a lot of character with authentic Scandinavian products and was always fun to visit, especially during "den 17. mai" (Norwegian Constitution Day) celebrations in Ballard.
Very easy to deal with; I practically didn't have to fill out any paper work when I brought in my car to repair the damage to my car's bumper. They had the job done very quickly and the work seems to be of high quality. They handled all the details with the insurance agency, so my experience dealing with them was virtually stress-free!
