I have to agree with Mike here. I started using Romeo's 2 years ago. On my first experience, I was blown away. Good service, friendly, fast, fair pricing, etc. One time one of their "kids" mis-diagnosed my issue, spent five hours correcting the wrong thing, and I wasn't charged. Now the "kids" are running the place. They never call me about my car. I always have to call them. Sometimes the phone rings and rings. I've even driven there to get a status report, and the attitude is "We don't really care, when it's done, it's done."
To The Owner:
I imagine you as the owner/manager are trying to phase yourself out as a necessity for the business to run. I get that, but this is a service business. If people have come to YOU for years because of YOUR service, you will have to find good people to replicate that experience in your absence.
