I checked this place out for my wife and I to exercise based on these reviews- Thanks!!! I like using the machines and free-weights mostly: flat bench, dumbells, cables and kettle bells in my workouts. She likes to take the Black Bear group classes a few times a week. I also got her a start up package of personal training sessions to help her out with the cardio and weight machines. She really got a lot out of it. She works with one of the trainers a couple of mornings a week and also now exercises with weights on her own. Thank you again.
