Exceptional Service - I called on Saturday due to emergency and someone picked up the phone right away.

Promised 10-12PM window, and I received a call from the technician around 11:30PM that he'll be slightly late. I can certainly understand the prior job taking a bit
longer and much appreciated the heads-up.

Once arrived, the technician was extremely professional and explained to me the general workings of the garage door mechanism and provided his professional advice on
some of the good-practices that weren't not followed by the previous installer.

He carefully lubed up all the joints and parts.

I did not pay as much as I anticipated for the job - I had both tension cables replaced and I don't care how much is charged by the competitor, I received a
professional service.
